We are experiencing a company-wide issue with the HR.my Free Payroll Portal.
Both our HR Administrator and employees are repeatedly seeing the message “Email paused”, and the system continuously requests verification codes, making it impossible to access the portal.
In summary, your issue is due to similar reasons. For instance, I have found several bounce back emails with the following reasons in my mail log:
lina.hassan@oag-group.com :: smtp; 550 The sending IP (23.251.232.3) is listed on https://spamrl.com as a source of spam. :: New Time Off Leave Application for OAG Group of Companies
nurul.saidah@oag-group.com :: smtp;550 5.0.350 Remote server returned an error → 550 Mailbox is full / Blocks limit exceeded / Inode limit exceeded :: New Time Off Leave Application for OAG Group of Companies
Please note that whenever there are bounce backs, your email delivery will be paused, as there is no point keep sending to the mailbox again.
To permanently resolve this issue, you may want to ask your email administrator to tackle this issue from your end.
Just need to ask. What if we change our admin email from aa@oag-group.com to bb@oag-group.com? is any consequence? for your info, our current admin email for HR.my is full and our email provider said that need to change to new email.
