Free Leave and PTO Management System HR.my R55 has just been updated, here are some of the important highlights:
New:
- Highlight: Major server-side platform upgrade
- New: Employers can now request existing employees to update their profiles via Employee → Management. New employees may also be allowed to update their profiles when signing up for web accounts
- New: Geolocation timeout option for Time Clock. You can decide whether employees are allowed to clock in when location information cannot be retrieved due to bad weather or poor mobile reception
- New: Employers can now specify Period Start, Period End, Payment Date and Payslip Title during the payroll process
- New: Custom Field Dropdown options now support up to 50 characters
- New: Crowdfunding Sponsors can now retrieve Invoices and Receipts from the past 12 months
- Change: Problematic Excel cells in export files are now converted to TEXT format
- Change: All payroll calculations now use the round-half-up method
