Free Human Capital Management System HR.my R53 has just been updated, here are some of the important highlights:

New:

  • Brand new Custom Fields feature, which is now supported in Employee Management and Document Workflow
  • Attachment requirement for Document Workflow could now be set via Application Policy in Document Approval Workflow

And as usual, just drop me a note for whatever improvement that you would like to see in the next release (or join the discussion on the todo list post ). I will try to make it into the to-do list, but sometimes due to time constraint, some feature will require more time to implement.

Hi, how can I use the custom field to add additional approval levels, such as Level 4 and Level 5?

No you can’t. You will need to wait a little while, I will upgrade the workflow to support 6 levels of approval later.

How work on Gross salary minus Net Salary

To step to work on Gross salary and after minus tax from the salary to show net salary before showing gross salary at the bottom of the working
