Free HRM System HR.my R52 has just been updated, here are some of the important highlights:

New:

  • Discussion is now added to Leave Approval Workflow. Applicant could use Discussion to provide additional files or comments as evidence; while relevant approvers as well as Admin and HR Roles could ask further questions before making review decision
  • Leave Approval Workflow now supports up to 6 levels of approval
  • Employer can now disable Field Check-In feature
  • File sharing for Discussion and Incident investigation now supports additional comment and shows original filename and file size
  • In addition to HR.my Administrator and HR.my Manager, HR Roles with the access rights to Modify in Leave Management / Planner / Schedule / Review will get notified of Leave Workflow events

And as usual, just drop me a note for whatever improvement that you would like to see in the next release (or join the discussion on the todo list post ). I will try to make it into the to-do list, but sometimes due to time constraint, some feature will require more time to implement.
