Would it be possible to have a system which includes the Expense Claim Advance that is paid to the Employee ,which later gets settled with Expense Claim application and apprival

Can you give me an example?
Many a time an advance is paid before at hand( for travel etc),and when they complete,they are expected to file expense through Expense Claim Report.
Eg. A 1000 is paid as Advance and the employee finished the travel/etc and the employee files a report for 8000,the balance 2000 to be carried over,in case he files for 11000,the difference of 1000to be paid…would it be possible to get this advance recorded on to the app

Against every employee, they are allowed to take a advance during the travel or executing some project.post which they submitt a Expense claim report.during which the difference of advance to expense is settled…hope the concept is clear
May be you can just describe the whole process in more details, as I really don’t understand how I could help from here.
An employee before his travel or project,ask for a advance and he is given an amount say 1000 $
After his travel,he is producing a bill of 700$
The accounts deduct this 700 against the advance of 1000 and keep a balance of 300$,as an advance against his name,which will be used for further expense
In his next travel he finishes the travel and submit a bill of 500$,the accounts settles this 500 against the balance of 300 already in his account and pay him the balance of 200$…
