I have an account on HR.MY but my primary e-mail connected to my account is no longer reachable, how can i change my primary e-mail without the need to confirm using the old one ?! It is essential in order for me to be able to keep my account and Data please.
For security concern, currently you could only change the registered email address by retrieving the confirmation code sent to the original email address.
Without access to the original email address, you would not be able to change for now.
Thank you for your reply , I have reactivated the original e-mail and still i do not receive the request code from HR.MY for some reason, although I have sent multiple test e-mails from various accounts to my original e-mail successfully yet it still does not receive a request code e-mail from HR.MY specifically … which is confusing … Can you please check from your end ? My original e-mail linked to my HR.MY account is hr@esaal360.com
I have just checked, due to previously undeliverable, your email address was placed on a block list.
Anyhow, I have just manually removed it from the block list, you may try again.
