Ask the user to sign in his/ her web account, then check if there is any alert on the Home page saying that the email address is unreachable.
the user cannot enter anymore because he forgot the password, and trying to change it encountered the issue illustrated above. the home page presents a red alert saying

Just click at the button to verify that you could still receive email on the same address, it will be removed from blacklist after that.
for the test we did already, the email address can receive email form anyone but from Hr.my. that’s way we supposed that was blacklisted
