Account Setting

Previously I did register an account under email address lynn@mantarayisland.com however, it stated that email does not exist because the person left the job. Can we recover this account?

You can restore that person’s email address, then reset password to have access.

After that change the account ownership via Change Registered Email.

Unfortunately, we cannot restore the email address of that person that is not an option at the moment. We would like to be able to change the email address of the HR Administrator?
