Yearly Sponsorship - Payment Not getting Processed

Hi:

Have been using Hr.My from last 3 years and have been making the yearly sponsorship. This year, the sponsorship payment is not getting processed. I am getting the below error.

" Transaction Declined: Non-complaint Recurring Transaction".
Dear Customer,

We regret to inform you that the transaction of Rs. xxxx on your HDFC Bank Credit Card ending with xxxxxx has declined.

Reason: Effective 1st Oct 2021, the Bank is required to decline all recurring transactions on cards initiated by merchants who are non-compliant with the new RBI guidelines.

The payment is being processed by a credit card of India and it is not going through.

Pls check and revert on the same.

I have other Indian users who are paying with Indian Bank’s credit cards without any problem recently.

I think you may want to call your bank instead.

I have tried 2-3 bank credit cards. Facing the same issue and same response.

For now, as an immediate solution, if you could share any alternate mode of payment, we would like to sponsor 60USD for 7GB space. As of now, we are unable to use the app, as storage space is not there.

I have just checked on the payment processor platform, I found that there were users who successfully made the payment with HDFC BANK LIMITED at 14 Aug 2024 for USD 60.

There are also successful payments from users with cards from ICICI BANK LTD and SBI CARDS AND PAYMENT SERVICES LIMITED.

Do you have these cards?

BTW, your payment with KARNATAKA BANK LIMITED failed because it didn’t pass the 3D secure challenge.

Managed to use a SBI card and payment went through…
