I have a few questions regarding the onboarding process and employee data management in HR.my that I’d like to clarify:
- Onboarding a New Employee:
- What is the best way to onboard a new employee in HR.my?
- Specifically, can we share documents, such as an employment contract, outside of the system without sending an invitation link?
Do we need to send an invitation to employees to update their records in the HR.my software?
If so, what happens if they do not accept the invitation?
- Maintaining Employee Data:
- Is it possible to manage and update an employee’s data in the system without sending them an invitation to access HR.my?
- If yes, are there any implications or limitations we should be aware of?
If we need to share an employee contract with a new joiner who does not yet have an account on HR.my, is it acceptable to share this contract outside the organization?
