Refers to the above, now the SOCSO contribution due to Lindungan Pekerja 24 Jam, from compulsory to voluntary. Which means, some staff can choose to maintain previous SOCSO rate only and some staff can choose to follow the new rate SOCSO. Will you update the system accordingly to this? Which means there is an option for SOCSO contribution and follow back previous contribution rate only, and another option is SOCSO + Lindungan Pekerja (SKBBK), then with new socso rate….
For example, wages exceed RM6K, then 2 option, 1 option is only SOCSO (invalidity) = RM29.75, another option is SOCSO + Non Employment Injury (SKBBK) = RM44.65…
