I’ve already set up the Field Check-In feature according to the module. The Web Clock In / Clock Out option now appears in the employee account, but employees still cannot Clock In or Clock Out.
May I know if this feature needs to be activated manually, or if there’s any additional configuration required?
Also, I tried to import the attendance Excel file, but it’s not uploading successfully. Is there a specific format or step I need to follow for the import process?
