Unable to make payment overdue

Dear Sir,
We have trouble to make an overdue payment. Tried several times with a debit card but failed rejected), actually it is the same card that was used to make the payment previous month. And now, the system gives an error “Payment Intent could not be created. Please try again” every time we click Payment Overdue button.
Our company is Kerisik Resources Sdn Bhd.

Now when i click Payment Overdue, get the message Your do not have any active sponsonsorship.
Please advise

Update. The payment has been successful, viathe link to update billing in the email.
