When your storage full, you will not be able to perform any export operation.
If you are not a sponsor, you may consider freeing up some file storage room, or consider joining the crowdfunding campaign to expand your storage room.
If you are an existing sponsor, you may check if your last invoice is overdue. If so your sponsorship will be temporarily suspended and your storage room will be limited. You may clear the invoice to restore your sponsorship status.
