Unable to access HR.MY existing account

We unable to access our HR.my account. The monthly payment was deducted and still we unable to access the account. Its shows “Please free up some storage by deleting some records with attachments, or increase your storage by joining the Crowdfunding campaign”. Kindly advise us.

Can you please check:

  1. Home->File Storage Used. Check the Sponsorship Storage.
  2. Check if the Storage is 100% used?
  3. Crowdfund HR.my menu, see if there is any overdue invoice?

Kindly note that 1 sponsorship comes with 3500MB extra storage. If you have used up all the storage, you may either free up some storage, or increase your storage.
