Unable Login to HR.my Employee Account

hi HR.my,

I have encountered an issue with one of my employee being unable to log in to his HR.my account. Despite attempting to reset the password, he is still unable to access the system. Could you please assist us with resolving this matter?

Can you try resetting password to something very simple, such as 123456 and try again?

If resetting password to 123456 still cannot, that means either your employee account is disabled, or he is using wrong email address to sign in.
