From the payment processor back end, it seems that you have 2 Employer accounts, can you please confirm if one of them is redundant? I can refund and cancel your sponsorship:

The invoices should have been sent to the Employer email address already.
Can you please check the mailbox and the spam folder first? Otherwise if the invoices landed in the spam folder, resending will still end up the same.
We have not received any invoice and I have checked in the Spam section but there is no email from hr.my or the required invoice.
Can you resend to us the invoices? Thanks in advanced.
