Trying to renew my sponsorship, but payment lead me to paypal.com and I don't have any link to pay

Hi admin, I am trying to renew my sponsorship, but when I click payment overdue => it will lead to paypal.com and there is no link for any payment?

Kindly advise if got any other payment method other than paypal.com?

Hi,

If you previously pay for sponsorship via paypal, then you will need to login your paypal account to make payment for the overdue invoice.

If you wish, you may also cancel your previous sponsorship, and make a new payment again via new payment processor.

I did login back to my paypal, but no information for the payment.

Anyway if i cancel previous sponsor, will all my information still be there?

  1. Some features may not be available before new sponsorship is activated.
  2. All data will still be intact.
  3. Alternatively, you may try to sign in your Paypal account to make payment. Cancel only when you have no more access to your Paypal account.

Kindly sign in your Paypal account, then click at the Gear icon (next to Log Out), then go to Payments, and check the Automatic Payments section for any overdue invoice, you may make payment here.
