We would like to request the ability to generate reports using a custom date range instead of being limited to calendar months only.
Currently, the system only allows exporting reports by month, while our payroll cycle runs from the 20th of one month to the 20th of the next month.
Because of this limitation, every month we are forced to download multiple separate reports, including:

Two attendance sheets
-
Two leave reports
-
Two Field Check reports
-
Two Time Clock reports
After that, we must manually combine all data in Excel to calculate:

Attendance and absence
-
Working hours
-
Leaves and permissions
-
Payroll calculations
This process has become extremely exhausting, time-consuming, and highly prone to manual errors every single month.
A simple “Custom Date Range” option would solve a major operational problem and significantly improve:

Payroll preparation
-
Attendance tracking
-
HR reporting efficiency
-
Accuracy of working hours calculations
It would save HR teams many hours of manual work and make the reporting system far more practical for companies with non-calendar payroll cycles.
We highly hope this feature can be added soon.
