Dear Team,

I would like to connect someone to learn about the HR.My features and for more additional supports.

Now i have one doubt, about the announcement point. when i trigger the announcement with the attachment, i am not able to view it as a announcement receiver.

Can you please help one this, and please done miss it my first point.

Thank you for your kind response.

I would like to bring to your attention an issue with the announcement feature. When I trigger an announcement to my team with an attachment (JPG, PDF, DOCX, etc.), they receive the notification both in the app and by email.

However, the attachments are not accessible to them. I kindly request your support in resolving this concern at the earliest.

Hi,

I see. Notification is only limited to text content, because attachment will incur very huge bandwidth consumption, which in turn is a very big cost to me.
