Tax Exemption (Allowance) and Contribution Borne By Employer

  1. Is it doable to set the allowance that is tax exempted (e.g. Travelling Allowance)?

So that when generate EA Form, this exempted allowance (throughout whole year) will show under Part F : Jumlah Elaun / Perkuisit / Pemberian / Manfaat Yang Dikecualikan Cukai.

  1. Is it doable to set the contribution (EPF, SOCSO, EIS) borne by employer?

So that when processing monthly payroll, the Nett Salary will be equal to Gross Income.
And this contribution borne by employer (throughout whole year) will show under Part B (1)(c) of EA Form.

  1. Yes, just uncheck the Tax option.

  2. This is a bit tricky. You may try:

  • Set employee’s contribution to No Contribution
  • Add custom Statutory item to replace the employee portion, and set the Employer contribution portion only
