Suggestion to Enhance Attendance Report Format

I would like to suggest a few enhancements to the attendance report in order to improve its clarity and usability for our HR operations. Kindly consider the following additions:

  1. Total Working Hours: It would be very helpful to include a column showing the total working hours per day for each employee.
  2. Location Name Instead of Coordinates: Currently, the attendance report shows GPS coordinates. It would be more practical if the system displays the actual location name instead of just the coordinates.
  3. Attendance Status Column: Please add a dedicated column to clearly indicate the employee’s attendance status for each day (e.g., Present, Absent, Leave, Weekend, Public Holiday).

These improvements would greatly enhance our ability to analyze attendance data effectively.
