I would like to humbly share an observation regarding the payroll process. I noticed that it does not currently sync with the staff joining date.
For example, if I create a new staff member who is set to join on 1st March 2025, their name still appears in the payroll list when processing the February salary. Ideally, a staff member joining in March should not be included in the February payroll list.
Would it be possible to review this and make the necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy in payroll processing?
