Suggestion for Dynamic Payroll Update

First of all, I would like to thank you for providing this free app. It has been a great support for my small business. :saluting_face:

I would like to share a suggestion for improvement, if possible.

You already have a dynamic payroll feature, where employees can view their salary, earnings, and deductions anytime after they are updated. However, currently, when viewing the salary details, it always shows the full monthly salary allotted for that employee.

For example, if the monthly salary is ₹9,000 and an additional ₹500 is added as an incentive — when the employee checks their salary details on the 15th of the month, it still shows ₹9,000 salary + ₹500 incentive. At that time, the employee has only worked for half the month (15 days), so the actual earned salary should be ₹4,500 + ₹500 incentive.

If the system could display the actual earned salary till date, it would be very helpful for both the employer and the employee to plan unpaid leaves, salary advances, and also motivate employees to earn more incentives.

For now, you may add Non-working days or Absense “Deduction” to deduct from the full salary.

Later I will enhance the payroll to automate the non-working days, unpaid leaves etc deductions.
