Sponsorship- Not able renew

Please take this as top most priority,

I am unable to renew my sponsorship, neither auto payment is working,

Error comes- there is some issue with this operation contact support@hr.my

I mailed but no response received.

Please resolve this- I am unable to pay.

I have checked the Stripe back end, your payment status is:
The user has completed the payment and Stripe is waiting for the funds from their bank.
Stripe is currently processing the payment.
I think you should wait for 24 hours to allow your bank to respond.
