Hello. May i ask, for SOCSO and EIS contribution, why is in the payslip appeared blank? What settings we should choose. There are 3 options 1)Not Applicable 2)% Gross Income 3)Amount. Do we need to key in manually?

If you want to key in manually, then use Statutory Contribution.

If you want the system to calculate for you, then just select the proper category in Employee Management will do.
i changed ady but still appear blank
Try to create a new test Employer account, don’t do anything but just add an employee, set the salary, and process to see.
