Hi. The figure for salary is not reflected in Payslip for certain employee.
For example;
i) Salary for September is RM 300. When process the payslip, the amount appeared as RM0.00
ii) I made salary adjustment for October is RM600. When process the payslip, the amount appeared as RM300
Please help how to solve this problem. I cannot afford to delete the records of other employees only to make sure this one employee’s salary appeared correctly.
