Hi, how do I set resigned staff to be able to view / download their payslip/EA form, but restricted them for viewing other functions? like Leave schedule, announcement, or any other company current info

This is not supported, as there is no such demand so far.
Furthermore, since the restrictions are so tight, you might as well download the payslip and EA form, then forward them to the employee?
