We need to register for user, the email just done create.

  1. Please note that when you are sending out invitation emails to recipients who cannot receive the email due to various reasons, such as mailbox full, mailbox disabled etc, you will be notified by system about the delivery problem.
  2. If you ignore the notification, and keep sending for a few more times, the target address will be blocked PERMANENTLY.
  3. You will need to use other email address for invitation after the address is blocked.

Understand. Possible to use back this email? Bexuase previously we haven create the email in system before send out from hr.my.

I don’t think so. Just checked the mail log, the mailbox didn’t exist when you first sent it out:

smtp; 550 No such recipient here
