REPORTING STRUCTURE FOR LINE MANAGERS

Dear Kapchew and Support Team,

I hope you are well. I need some assistance on the below;

  1. Field Attendance: Is it possible to have multiple log ins in one day as sometimes people do different duties and they need to report
    e.g. At 8:00am they were in a school visit and at 11:00am on the same day they went to a hospital visit. (This is all in line with his duties)

  2. Line Managers : Is it possible for them to check attendance and leave request of everyone under them. I know it’s possible for the admin and HR but some managers have more than 40 employees under them and it would be great for them to be able to see a summary of attendance and leave. Currently they rely on HR for reports

  3. We are a global organization and I need to on board the rest of the countries in the world. My problem is we (countries) are independent and how do we go about registration considering we share the same logo?? I would really appreciate the feedback.

Kindly let me know which questions were not clear but I am really looking forward to your response.

Yes, that’s exactly the use case Field Check-In is designed for.

Yes, I strongly suggest that you start with the user guide first: Online HR Software :: Get Started with My HR Employee Management Software

  1. Sign up an employer account for each country’s organization.
  2. Follow the steps in this guide to consolidate your accounts: Online HR Software :: User Account Management

Yes, staff have been able to do multiple log ins

No.3 the different independent organizations will set up individually but the logo is the issue since we use the same logo…how do we go about it?

@kapchew I still have an issue with the line managers. I have checked the settings and everything is OK as I have added them under placement and report structure. Still they are unable to view staff below them or check their attendance and leave…I am stuck…I have gone through the community forum but have not seen any person tackle this

You could use the same logo for all accounts.

I strongly suggest that you read the user guide, AGAIN.

Then may be sign up a test account with only a handful of test employees. Play around with the different settings to understand how they work.

When done, just close the test account will do.
