in my organization when an employee resign from the job, and join a new employee, we should create his/her id in same email. because the employee should his previous email for work purpose. is there any possibility to re use the email for new employee joining , when an employee lay off …in the same employer account??
I think your employee record has only been Archived. If that’s the case, just look for the employee record and add a new Placement record to activate the said employee again.
How if the account is DISABLED and need to enabled?
