Hi Developer, When did you roll out the performance evaluation feature in HR.my?
Because it’s the basic need of every company and firm. I remember once you said you work on a shift roster. I think the shift roster is not very important. because the manager can do it manually via Excel, but performance evaluation via Excel is too time-consuming and a lengthy process.
Please roll out this feature with priority.

May I know what kind of performance evaluation are you using? Is it questionnaire for employee self evaluation, manager review?
It’s questionnaire-based, with questions designed according to their KPI. and it is a self-review manager review. HR Review: HR is responsible. for their attendance and punctuality KPI, and on the other hand, employees can self-review, review their manager, and review their colleagues’ peer-to-peer reviews.
