Payroll process

Dear Sir,

I have a problem with payroll processing, I press the process button, then I press “continue”, then I choose the employees, then I press the “Right icon”, then process again but it takes me back to the previous page where I have to re-press either the “Right icon” or continue and it takes me back again to choose employees again only this time the page is empty and I have to filter to show the employees which I do again and choose the employees again yet it takes me back again to the same previous page as explained before and I am stuck at this cycle … Can you help me understand what exactly is happening here ?

  1. DO NOT post the same topic multiple times.
  2. Click at the employees that you want to process in order to select them. Or click the Select All icon at the bottom to select all employees.

I have multiple accounts with HR.MY dear of which have the same problem, and have you read the post thoroughly you will know that I tried and it didn’t work, adding to this issue, when an employee applies for a leave (for example tomorrow and the day after), in the notification it shows a wrong date (today and tomorrow).
