Payment Sponsorship Issue

Currently, I’m trying to renew my sponsorship, but i couldn’t process the payment, is there any trouble or something?

it said “payment intend could not be created, please try again”
i’ve tried several times to log in and out, but the problem still the same. please help.

The first attempt was the card issue. It was said “the payment was declined” But then until now, i event couldnt type my bank account. It didnt show anything on payment page.
It said, “payment intent could not be created, please try again”

This is because your previous payment attempts was rejected by your bank too many times, that the payment platform considered it not payable and cancelled it.

I have tried to create a new invoice, you may try to check if you can make any payment this time.

I’ve tried to refresh it, unfortunetly it still the same, payment could bot be created.
Is there anything else? Paypal or something

I am really sorry about the inconvenience caused.

I used to accept Paypal in the past, but as I didn’t have time to maintain 2 payment gateways, I decided to stick with Stripe for now.

Problem solved.
It had to be stopped the sponsorship first.
Then re start the sponsorship.

And i think i know why it was declined by bank in first attempt, because the sponsorship price has increased than before.
It increase from 5 dollar before, to 10 dollar now for one sponsorship, isnt it?

No, existing users won’t be affected by new price change. The price change only affects new sponsorships, or when you terminate old one then sponsor again.

Could you pls check my Dec25 subscription, I check my paypal account no problem but the payment for Dec 25 didn’t get through. Its show overdue but when click overdue button its 0. I cannot make manual payment.

There is no way to make the payment manually. I have changed to another credit card hopefully it is fine now.

Could you try to send a request for Dec payment.

I have checked paypal’s dashboard, unfortunately there is no retry charges option for me.

Can change to other method of payment or maybe pay yearly instead of monthly? IThere is no option in my paypal dashboard to pay too.

I need the Hr.my to be up so my admin can monitor the staff taking leaves.

Yes, you may cancel your current sponsorship and change to yearly if you wish.
