Only 1 HR role even though already sponsor

Hi, i have made sponsorship but only have 1 HR role. Please help.

Hi,

Kindly note that the number of HR Role count is based on the sponsorship count.

Additionally, unlike in the past, there is no more free HR Role allocation any more.

i got 2 HR role when sponsor, but then i want to change employee because resigned, i removed resigned staff and then it became 1HR role only

How many sponsorship did you make? If you only make one sponsorship, then one of the HR Roles is very likely from the Free HR Role quota, which no longer exists.

If you remove the HR Role that was previously assigned under the Free quota, you will no longer be able to assign using Free quota.
