Network Error.
It shows network error however the employee is using her own mobile data high speed internet and using other apps and she’s also using office WiFi and every other employee using same Wifi is able to login except her.
“Network error” means her device is not able to connect to the HR.my server.
In this case, it’s her phone specific issue. It may be due to certain settings or software she is running.
Examples include VPN, anti virus or ad-blocking ads etc. Or wrong DNS setting?
It’s difficult to advise in this case. If she still face the same error, ask her to use other device to login instead.
