Could you please add the message option? Like if someone has their birthday, we can wish them well or beyond using third-party apps like Slack, which we use for this portal for the daily communication.
Have you tried Team->Discussion?
It could be send message to the whole team to be a single person
Team->Discussion could send message to all employees, or employees in certain department or branch.
If you need a one-to-one messaging feature, may I know why are you not using Whatsapp, Line, Telegram etc?
they are separate system we want to communicate on the same platform
