my company is in Malaysia, and as per the requirement we need to comply to new cyber security malaysia requirement
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION

We are very serious about providing a comparable level of protection for personal data should the information be processed or used outside Malaysia by our vendors or experts. We will process your personal data in accordance with the POPA, its applicable regulations, guidelines, and/or orders, considering the latest amendments. Processing may include collecting, recording, holding, storing, using, and/or disclosing your personal data.
Above is the requirement from cyber security malaysia, appreciate you could confirm again where is your current server hosted? in malaysia or outside malaysia?

appreciate you could disclose the host country whether is still at AWS?
Adequacy Requirement: You may transfer personal data to a country that has laws “substantially similar” to Malaysia’s PDPA or ensures an “adequate level of protection”.
as hosting outside malaysia is still ok for us, but we need to perform adequate checking whether such country has adequate data protection law.
