Login Using New Employee Email Address

Hi Dev,

One of my staff has change her email address. She has fill up the request and confirmation code and succeed in changing her HR.my email address. But when she tried to login using the new email, there’s an error saying "Please check your login credentials.

If your login credential are correct, did you try to sign in your Employee Web Account? If you want to sign in as Employer role, please click Administrator tab"

P/S: She is not the administrator, only an employee. From Administrator end, her information are correct as well as her end.

Please ask her try to reset her password to see if it’s password issue.

If not, then it is very likely she entered a wrong email address that was different from the email address that she changed to.
