Would it be possible to send the invite and also allow logging in for the employee with their mobile No.
This will help in the case of people who don’t have a mail id
I wanted to support this, but may be later, because sending SMS is more expensive than email.
An option would be of great help,we have workers in shop floor who do not have a mail id…unable to get it implemented for them.
Any other option here for now?
Possibly an alternative is the Kiosk Mode.

What if, I add new account type for employees that cannot sign up with email address?
These type of accounts will have very limited features, such as to login and perform closing only?
I think this may be a better alternative than a generic Kiosk mode.
Yes that helps,there will be some who do not hold a mail id …
May I check with you:
- Do they all have a mobile phone that could install HR.my app?
- Why some of them do not have a mail id?
Yes every one carry a mobile phone
Most of the shop floor workers are not computer literate,hence cannot expect them to have mail id
