The HR department then reviews the application, ensuring the employee meets the eligibility criteria, and may discuss repayment options with the applicant. Afterward, the request is forwarded to the finance department, which conducts a detailed review of the employee’s financial standing and the company’s budget for employee loans. Upon final approval, the finance department processes and disburses the loan amount, while a repayment plan specifying the loan period, installment amounts, and other relevant terms is documented.

To maintain transparency and organization, all loan records are meticulously documented, including details such as the employee’s ID, name, loan amount, loan period, and installment plan. This process ensures an efficient loan management system that supports employees in achieving their financial goals while upholding organizational accountability.
