Line Managers Receiving Notifications

Hi,

We want line managers to receive a notification by email when their team members request a leave through the system, how can this be implemented?

If the line manager is the approver, or one of the CC targets, then he will receive both emails and push notifications when there is a leave application.

But this is the issue here, the line manager is not receiving notification emails by the system, where I can check on the system to tackle this? I have the admin access.

You will need to check your email server administrator to see if the mails from HR.my is being blocked or filtered.

Additionally, ask your line manager to check his spam folder.
