Lindung24 changes / update made in July 2026

Hi

The SOCSO (PERKESO) contribution rate update introduces the LINDUNG 24 Jam scheme (Skim Kemalangan Bukan Bencana Kerja), effective June 1, 2026.

In July 2026, there are changes to this scheme which it is flexible for Malaysian to opt out, while foreign workers are mandatory. With that said, there are chances where some employees might choose to opt in or opt out.

With this changes, does HR.My support the flexibility? In hr.my system, will the employee’s contribution portion segregate between the SOCSO and Lindung24 caruman?

I am working on the optional Lindung24 now. Try to update it by end of this month. Please give me some time.
