If the Earned Leave Automation Feature is updated,
it will be appreciated, Now we are Manual Updating the leave month on month
it is tough to DO.
Why do you need to update on monthly basis?
Because it is a monthly leave credit system followed in INDIA .so We need to Give 1.5 Earned leave Monthly. If we give on total once the employee left the organization We can’t calculate the Exact Earned leave Used by the Employee .
Why can’t you use Earning Policy of Earned on a Monthly basis?
If used to We need to give the Leave RIght it is not about the Leave earning it is about the leave GIven to the employee.
