Leave count without holidays and weekends

hi,

i have an issue that, my staffs requesting 30 days leave from 1st January to 30th January, for him Friday and Saturday is holiday so i need those weekend 8 days in a month and if there are any public holiday in this period not to be count as leave. so total days taken will be 23 days.

how i can fix this ?

You need to change the requested Leave Type via Leave->Type, then update Day Count to Workday instead of Calendar Day.
