Currently, all leave cancellation approval requests are routed to the administrator. Is it possible for leave cancellation requests to be approved by the employee’s designated leave approver instead?

This is not supported yet. But as there may be multiple level of approvals, it would be difficult to determine which approver needs to cancel such request.
