Issue with the dropdown menu

Dear Team,

We are facing an issue with the dropdown menu in the attendance application.

Previously, when clicking the arrow at the bottom of the screen, it would open the available options such as Leave, Incident, Doc ,……….

Currently, when we click the arrow, the menu opens but appears outside the visible screen area, so we cannot see or select the available options.

Please note that this issue occurs only in the Arabic version of the application. The same menu works properly and is displayed correctly when using the English version.

Kindly check this issue and fix the dropdown menu positioning in the Arabic version so that all options are displayed correctly within the visible screen area.

Sorry that this is my oversight, it’s a bug due to I forgot to handle the menu in Right to Left languages. I will fix it in later version.

Hi,

I have fixed this issue. The Web edition is now working properly. It is also working properly in the mobile apps now, but it will only be reflected in the next mobile app release cycle.

Could you please let me know when the next mobile app release is expected to be available?

Also, until the new release is available, is there any workaround we can use to access the options in the Arabic version of the mobile app?

Sorry that there is no other work around until the next mobile app release.

If you want, you may use browser on mobile app for the time being.
