Inquiry Regarding HR.my Account Registration

Hi, I would like to ask regarding the situation below:

I previously registered an HR.my account for an ex-staff using the email address he used (a general company email). After he resigned, I tried to register another staff member using the same email address, but the system does not allow it.

However, my employer would still like to use the same email address for the new staff member. My boss requires that when a staff member resigns, the same email address can be reused for the next staff member.

Could you please advise how we can resolve this issue?

I supposed that you do not have the password for the previously registered Employer account.

If you are using company email, the solution is very simple, just reset the email. An email will be sent to that address and you may reset the account password from there.

Actually, I logged in to HR.my using the employer email and password, but I do not know where or how to reset the email address. Could you please guide me on how to do this?
