Incorporating Statutory Contribution Cap

Hi. Can we incorporate calculating a statutory contribution based on a cap. For example if the base salary is > 499,999 XOF then the calculation uses the 500,000 cap (times the %). If the base salary is < 500,000 the calculation uses the base salary times the %.
