I purchased two HR licenses and got the storage that came with it. I tested uploading a 2 page pdf and it said that 1% of my storage was used. I would like to purchase more to accommodate more files as we would like to upload the entire employee packets which is 15 pages and we have 100 employees. I would like someone in sales to reach out so we can get a quote? We don’t need more then the two HR Manager rolls but we will need the storage of about 15 sponsorships.

Sorry, I don’t really understand your situation. If you sponsor with 2 units of sponsorship, you should have 14G of storage available, which is not possible to use up 1% (equivalent to 140MB) with a 2 page pdf.
Thank you for your response. We tested uploading a couple of “Legal Documents” which we may use to store Dasho Training certificates, copies of drivers licenses, Safe Serve certificates and social security cards and new hire paperwork. I took screenshots and it says we used 15.2MB(it was a 2 page pdf) and on the home page it says we have 99% available(so we used 1%). Is there another place to upload these forms too within hr.my that would only be accessible from the employee and HR Manager?
In addition, our HR estimates that we will need at least 15 pdf’s per employee and we have around 100 employees.
